Interline Brands, Inc. allegedly designed, manufactured, and distributed defective DuraPro toilet connectors with plastic coupling nuts, which caused consumers to experience property damage.
Consumers could be eligible to benefit from a $16.5 million class-action lawsuit that alleged DuraPro toilet connector lawsuit in that alleged the toilet connectors with plastic coupling nuts were defective.
The lawsuit also asserts that Interline knew their product was defective years before these were redone or replaced, and that Interline didn’t give their Durapro customers sufficient instructions and warnings when installing the coupling nuts.
Who’s Eligible
If you are a U.S. resident who: (a) owns, owned, leases, or leased, any kind of residence or structure containing an eligible DuraPro™ Toilet Connector with a plastic Coupling Nut; or (b) suffers or suffered Property Damage due to a DuraPro™ Toilet Connector Plastic Coupling Nut failure, you may be a Member of this Class Action Settlement and are thus entitled to the listed benefits.
Potential Award: Up to $20, or 30% of property damage
Settlement Pool: $16,5000,00.00
